How do we articulate pain? It’s easy to think of physical pain, whereas emotional, mental and psychological pain are usually overlooked. Can we ignore pain? Where does it come from? Heartbreak, menstrual pain— is there a singular way pain feels? Does it make us stronger, or leave us irreparably broken?
